The European Commission provided an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform pursuant to Art. 14(1) of the ODR Regulation until 20 July 2025; that platform has been discontinued. Pursuant to § 36 VSBG, I am neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
